Shipping Rates are as follows:
Based on Courier / Freight carrier:
· Some interstate, country and remote areas may incur a freight surcharge. Where products are ineligible for the freight
free offer or our normal freight charges, specific freight costs will be added to the order. The item may be too big or
bulky, too heavy and may be prohibited for shipment using a particular method. Freight rates outlined above are valid
for mainland Australia & Tasmania deliveries only.
· Freight on overseas orders will be quoted individually.
· All prices are quoted in Australian dollars
· All goods are sent by a variety of methods that provide proof of delivery such as Registered Post, Toll Overnight
Courier, Couriers Please and Direct Freight Express.
Please indicate if a preferred carrier is required or you have an existing account you wish to use.
Payment Terms
Payment to designated account specified in the order response e-mail or with paypal, will instigate shipping of item/s, include
full name and reference number/s with payment to ensure correct delivery of item/s. Tax invoices sent out / e-mailed on
processing of order or with order to the billing address. All payments must be made in Australian dollars.

Free Repair Terms

Whilst we cannot guarantee against the damage fauna can cause or the inappropriate use and the general wear and tear of a product or not using the product in the specified manner it was designed for, we do offer a Free Repair Service associated to the construction of the product in an effort to extend the life of our products within the first 12 months of purchase due to faulty workmanship. To help us complete the repair process as quickly as possible, please clean your product before sending it back to us for repair. For a claim to be processed, the product and receipt, must be returned together. Freight on warranted goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. Replacement parts / service, if required, will be charged at a minimal cost.
You can send your product directly back to us for repair or or contact us to arrange another means of collection.
